What a cover review looks at
Policies drift. Values change, wording is updated at renewal and cover bought years ago is rarely revisited. A review reads your schedule the way a claims assessor would, before anything has gone wrong.
- Whether sums insured still match what it would cost to replace or rebuild today
- The excesses you would actually pay if you claimed
- Exclusions, conditions and warranties that could affect a claim
- Cover that is duplicated across policies, or missing altogether
- Whether the premium is fair for the cover you have

A short-term insurance adviser goes through the schedule and your claims history and compares it with what is available to you.

You get a plain-English summary of where you stand. Where we can improve the cover or the price, we quote. There is no obligation and nothing changes unless you ask us to.
Why the form asks for your ID number and a signature
To review your cover accurately we need to see your policy information and claims history as your insurer holds them. The form includes a brokers consent that authorises Titan Development Consultants, as intermediary, to obtain that information and to obtain quotations for you. It is used for information gathering and quotations only. It does not move your policies, cancel anything or change your cover.

Your documents and privacy
The review form is provided by Jotform, our form provider, and loads into this page when you open it. Your schedule, ID number and claims history are uploaded to Jotform under its privacy notice and are read only by TitanDC’s team for the purpose of the review and any quotation. Please do not include banking details or medical records. Our own privacy policy explains your rights and how to reach us about your information.
